The Department of Computer Engineering (CE) offers a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) program in Computer Engineering, designed to equip students with strong technical and analytical skills. With a dynamic blend of experienced and young faculty members, the department fosters an environment of innovation, research, and academic excellence.To encourage holistic development, the department actively runs CESA (Computer Engineering Students Association) and professional student chapters such as CSI, ISTE, and IEEE, providing students with opportunities to participate in technical events, workshops, and industry collaborations.

The department has consistently achieved an impressive placement rate of 80% over the past three years, with students securing positions in leading multinational companies, startups, and research organizations. Our strong industry connections and internship programs help students gain real-world exposure, enhancing their professional readiness.The department is equipped with state-of-the-art infrastructure, including multimedia-enabled classrooms, high-performance computing labs, cutting-edge software tools, and a dedicated departmental library. Special emphasis is placed on hands-on learning, with well-equipped laboratories supporting research and innovation in fields like Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cybersecurity, and Cloud Computing.

Since its inception, eighteen batches have successfully graduated, and our alumni have excelled in prestigious roles across private and public sector organizations, both nationally and internationally.   • Programming Laboratory
  • The Programming Laboratory is designed to enhance students’ coding skills through hands-on experience in various programming languages such as C, C++, Java, and Python. The lab is equipped with high-performance computing systems, compilers, and integrated development environments (IDEs) to facilitate software development and algorithm implementation.

  • Data Structures Laboratory
  • This lab provides students with practical exposure to fundamental data structures such as arrays, linked lists, stacks, queues, trees, and graphs. Students learn to implement and analyze data structures using different programming paradigms, optimizing their efficiency for real-world applications.

  • Computer Networks Laboratory
  • The Computer Networks Laboratory offers a hands-on environment for understanding networking concepts, protocols, and security mechanisms. Equipped with routers, switches, and network simulation tools like Cisco Packet Tracer and Wireshark, students gain practical knowledge in configuring and troubleshooting network architectures.

  • Database Laboratory
  • The Database Laboratory enables students to design, develop, and manage relational and NoSQL databases. With access to industry-standard database management systems such as MySQL, Oracle, and MongoDB, students work on data modeling, normalization, query optimization, and database security.

  • Computer Laboratory 1
  • This general-purpose lab is used for programming, software development, and computational problem-solving. It supports various software environments and development tools, catering to courses related to software engineering, web development, and artificial intelligence.

  • Computer Laboratory 2
  • Another well-equipped computing facility that supports advanced programming, machine learning, and cloud computing experiments. It is often utilized for elective courses, workshops, and coding competitions.

  • Hardware Laboratory
  • The Hardware Laboratory provides practical training in digital electronics, microprocessors, and embedded systems. Equipped with Arduino, Raspberry Pi, FPGA boards, and logic analyzers, students explore circuit design, hardware programming, and real-time embedded applications.

  • Project Laboratory
  • The Project Laboratory is dedicated to final-year students working on their major projects. It offers high-end computing resources, IoT kits, AI development tools, and cloud-based platforms for innovative research and prototype development. The lab supports interdisciplinary projects and encourages students to work on real-world problem-solving.
